Julianne Mason is a multi-hyphenate theatre and film creative and sound artist. She has always been talkative, vivacious, and loud, and has found a way to hone her natural talents into workable skills. She currently lives in Hell's Kitchen in Manhattan with her two beloved black cats.

She holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Music and Theatre Arts from Boston College. While attending BC, she sound designed many student productions, and went on to design several professional productions in the Boston area.


Julianne transitioned to work in Film and TV as a producer and audio post-producer in short-form episodic digital content, commercials, and documentaries. She graduated from the NYU Gallatin School of Individualized Study with an MA in Narrative Sound Studies, and has sound designed several shows in the NYC theatre scene since 2021, including two world premieres, BRILLIANCE and SHE SAID SHE SAID. She currently works at Story Syndicate, a Brooklyn based documentary film and television production company.

Julianne is also an accomplished soprano, having sung with laVerdi Symphonic Chorus of Milan, the Boston Pops Holiday Chorus, the Lexington Chamber Chorale, and the NYU Chorale.
