This is a Philadelphia set comedy of two young adults trying to figure out romance. Mary Hewitt is an aspiring poet and Temple University student. Harold is a computer science major at Boston University. The first act of this play finds them at a mutual friend's house party in 2017, they reminisce high school, tease each other, and dream about the future as they hook up. For the second act, we see Harold show up at Mary’s North Philly apartment two years later, and they’re both more damaged yet mature, and desperate for affection in different ways.
"This is a play about wanting what hurts and hurting those we want." - Michael Quinn
